About Us
Sundara is a calm and grounding yoga shala in Siolim, North Goa, created as a space to slow down, breathe and reconnect. Near the bridge on the way between Mandrem, Morjim and Vagator, Assagao near the nice river of Siolim.
When life feels busy, overwhelming or disconnected, this is a place to pause.
To step out of mental noise.
To come back to the body and the present moment.
Here, the shala practices are guided with attention to what is present — in the body, the breath and the subtle energies of the moment.
through movement, stillness and presence we explore yoga in some of his differents way :
somatic practices, sound healing, breathwork, chakra exploration, introspection, mantras and kirtan : ways to benefice the release of our daily tension, learn who we calm our nervous system and feel more grounded more often...
Each practice is an invitation to feel, to listen, to explore and to guide— gently, without pressure.
Some days the body needs movement.
Some days rest. Both are welcomed.
I created Sundara for moments when you feel the need of something to shift, to feel, to connect and experiment, to fully live.

I also offer one-to-one sessions, using tools such as astrology (birth chart), numerology and human design, to help bring clarity, orientation and support when life feels confusing or heavy.
These moments are for deeper listening, personal guidance and tailored support — a space to slow down together, explore what is present, and find what feels right for you.
